Has anyone here checked out the pics on Coca-Cola's website announcing the launch of Coca-Cola C2 (mid calorie) in Japan!

Here's the link http://www2.coca-cola.com/presscenter/nr_20040419_coca-cola_c2.html

Here's the pic of the can http://www2.coca-cola.com/presscenter/img/imagebrands/downloads/lg_ko_c2_can.jpg

Just done a search on eBay, and someone is selling a sample bottle of C2 with about 5oz. left in the bottle. They also claim that it will be released in 2 weeks. Coke's website says it won't be int he states until later this summer.

Geez, 39.95 for a not quite empty bottle of soda?! WTF!?

I can not believe what people would hawk on ebay.

I don't like the bottle design. And I have no reason to drink it...if you want to lose weight, put down the fork, and put down the soda. Soda of ANY form will not help you lose weight.

You can lose a lot if you buy empty bottles.

It has a nice, stylish label, though. I like the words "Coca-Cola" in black instead of the usual white.

Final bid on the auction on Ebay was $22. What an idiot!

Hey just because you're not a collector doesn't make the guy an idiot. I'm sure he wanted it because it says "sales sample" and not because he wants to drink somebody's backwash. $22 is not much for a collectible like one of the first C2 bottles.

I don't think it has, or will have any collectible value. There were thousands of them produced.
