... pick a uniform system in terms of unit measurement (British Imperial net weight) or (Metric net volume)?
Discuss!
PS. some explain to me why US companies measure items in net weight rather than net volume (example: a box of Hamburger Helper will say something to the effect of measured by net weight, not volume). |

| As much of a fight there has been to make metric/SI more friendly to the Americans, we seem to be generally non-receptive and rejecting of the system everyone else has adopted. Since both are commonplace, I think that's sufficient enough. |
